The results of torture

C.I.A. tortures naked man. Naked man tells C.I.A. that Saddam Hussein can launch 20 minute missile attack on U.K.. Bush tells Blair. Blair tells his government to attack secular Iraq with U.S.A. to find and destroy these weapons. Attack! Depleted uranium waste. Gulf war syndrome. Collateral damage. Friendly fire. Societal infrastructure such as hospitals destroyed. A theatre of operations. Weapon's inspection. No weapons of mass destruction found, but Iraq army and Saddam destroyed. Iraq broken, now not secular. Change. Political vacuum. Extremism. Rise of Islamic State in American Iraqi prisons... kidnap and execution of British and Americans dressed up as tortured Guantanamo terrorist suspects. Orange. Revenge.
Would Islamic State have come into existence without the faulty evidence from C.I.A. torture?
