"Happy New Year" proclaims Herefordshire Council from its website.
Does that message extend to the Bosbury farmer that Herefordshire Council has been miserably attempting to evict for two years; does it extend to the Ledbury Portal against whom Herefordshire Council has carried out a damaging, systemtic and continuing attack after an author on the Ledbury Portal had the fearlessness to criticise the Council for the aforementioned eviction attempt on the Bosbury farmer and does that New Year message extend to the scores of businesses that have gone under during the council's recent and lousy stewardship.
