How can you capture and convey the energy of a truly extraordinary band like Billy Whizz on camera? You can't. If you were unfortunate enough not to be at the Retreat last night, you will have missed the full impact of this (partly) Ledbury phenomenon.
With their punchy power rhythms, witty lyrics and great stage presence, Billy Whizz excite audiences of all ages, from kids dancing madly in the pit to grannies hurling their knickers onstage from the relative safety of the bar area. The Pop World just doesn't get more inclusive than this. Rob Clark, left, sporting a tie for the first time in living memory. It took four hours in the dressing room just to get it crooked... Billy Whizz play regularly at venues throughout the three counties and sometimes beyond. Look out for them - you won't regret it.
