 Stitch, Cloth, Paper and Paint' Book Launch and Studio Sale at Ledbury Artplace 5a Worcester Road Ledbury on Saturday 8th & Sunday 9th November. Open 10am - 5pm for 2 days only.
Angie's mixed media textiles book is now on sale. So, come and buy your own signed copy. Additionally she will be opening the studio for a super sale of my artworks - all at crazy prices. On Saturday see demonstrations, Rachel Berry showing spinning techniques and Ann Davies using the latest embellishing machine. There will also be materials for sale. Lots to do, see and buy!

Angie Hughes book is a comprehensive guide to making enchanting mixed media artefacts, which will delight both beginners and advanced crafters. About the Author
Angie Hughes is a textile artist and tutor, from Ledbury Herefordshire. She has been interested in textiles since she left school but only discovered creative embroidery in 1994 when she studied City & Guilds at Malvern Hills College. As a student Angie won the prestigious Charles Henry Foyle Trust Award for Stitched Textiles with her piece 'Unfolding Word', and 'Shroud' was accepted for Art of the Stitch. She carried on her studies at Gloscat with Liz Harding where she discovered a talent for teaching. Angie teaches textiles and embroidery, and started Ledbury Artplace, a centre for creative studies. This is her first book.
