I can't get my head around how big these cheeses actually are. I am an ashamed (squeak) cheesyholic and I don't know how I could possibly have missed these cheeses. It's absurd.

Hi John,

Although I can assure you it's not a case of the digital camera telling porkies, I did get quite close and made use of the good light to get the depth of focus. Have to admit though - Emmental and Gruyère are both Swiss cheeses!
