Yet another great night out at Ledbury's musical hotspot The Retreat thanks to the everchanging and boxfresh sets of the 'almighty' Fylthe supported soundly by the powerful yet easy listerning style of Black Cat Bone. For those unfortunates who where not able make it I managed to capture a few moments slightly filtered through my beer goggles, but to truly appreciate the raw talent of either band I strongly recommend that you get out there and witness them for yourself.

The real anagramatic meaning behind Barry's Black Cat Bone is in the medieval 'Ban Bat Cockle' - that's why he performs with the dirty Fylthe. It's an C11th dalliance with putrific sideburn issues - Bat Cockles were made illegal in all but China, but their swarms had a lasting effect on South Sea junks right up to 2222 in the Buddhist calendar.
It was Rat Rob Cyst, serial bigomist and mariner pirate who tamed the Bat Cockles by blowing softly on their undersides. To this day Cars Trot By but never again will Tots Cry Bra.

It looks like you have reduced Barry Scott to T's Lady Pen but i would be very careful what you say about him as i have discovered that within his name lies a very dark anagram that could imply that Black Cat Bone want us to eat cats eyeballs.

No, I don't think this Barry Scott is that Barry Scott. This Barry Scott is the singer/harmonica player featured in these photographs.
Have you noticed the more you read and write Barry Scott the more surreal the name becomes? Let's try reducing it to something that makes a terrible kind of nonsense:

I missed this event, when are they performing again please,it takes good music to get me in a pub, especially this weather, and especially a pub where it was previously the younger, much younger generation who resided. I saw Ray Mytton there the other day and I felt able to attend happily. wish m ore people had heard about it! Jill

Nice trousers - very deth-folk-metalik-dub-slavic cum afro-blues-funk jazzy pegs - not a hint of the punk-medieval, which is great, of course.
