Ledbury Community Brass Band on Ledbury PortalLedbury Community Brass Band has got off to a fantastic start. Just weeks after forming in November, we gave our first public performance, a very successful evening of Christmas carols at the Feathers and the Seven Stars. We will be playing at Bosbury Church on Saturday 2nd April in the Music for All Concert and we are excited to be giving a joint concert with the Community Choir in July. We have plenty of other performances planned, so watch this space.

Brass players of all ages and abilities are welcome to join LCBB. We would be especially pleased to welcome anyone who can play the tuba as we do not currently have any tuba players. We meet at 7.15-8.15 p.m. on Thursday nights in the reception Hall at Ledbury Primary School during term time. Our musical director is Stuart Essenhigh, a professional trumpeter and brass teacher. If you are interested in joining, why not come along to a rehearsal or contact us on our email address below?

As a new band, we are looking to raise funds for the purchase of sheet music and instruments. We would be delighted to hear from any local companies who would be interested in sponsoring our enthusiastic, committed community brass band of young people and adults.
