Thinking on Ledbury PortalThe Communist Council of Herefordshire has revealed the results of its energy saving week - Herefordshire Waste of Energy Week.

Forty communist delegates cycled to the event held at the brightly lit and well heated Communist Theatre of Dreams in Hereford city centre. The theatre is powered purely by the hot air and inflated imagination of communist party workers and communist councilors.

Comrade Cox informed the delegates: "The best way to reduce energy is to turn things off, like computers and lights, especially at the end of the day when nobody is using them."

The delegates cheered the Communist Councilor's foresight as and when prompt cards instructed them to.

The Communist Council announced that it would turn off some street lighting to save the tax payer £2 million over the next 25 years. Communist Council Leader Chairman Bullie told the Ledbury Portal: "This £2 million saving will help to pay for inevitable increase in salaries of Communist Officials and Council Bureaucrats."

Communist Chairman Bullie earns £220,000 per year, which the Party states is actually the same as everybody else, once you take Universal Communist Tax Credit into consideration.

Failure to reduce your energy costs will result in Rendition. Waste will not be tolerated.
