An exhibition of the work of local artists is to be held at the Burgage Hall in Ledbury over the Spring Bank Holiday/Jubilee weekend, 2-5 June 2012.

Visitors to Ledbury Art Society’s event can view members' works in watercolours, acrylics, pastels, oils, inks and mixed media. All exhibits are offered for sale and some high quality prints are available. Other items for sale include cards and notelets reproduced from original works, and etched glassware.

The event will be opened by the artist, Guy Woodford, Lecturer in Art and Sculpture at Malvern Hills College. Mr Woodford specialises in life paintings and ceramics, and some of his work will be included in the exhibition.

A feature of the event will be painting demonstrations by local artists.
