Posterity, supplier of architectual antiques, on the Worcester Road (just past the Eastnor turn on the right) opened a new gallery space this weekend.

Posterity Gallery

After two open evenings hosted by Posterity owner David Urquhart, I visited the new gallery space and was shown around Mr Trigg, who explained that the idea behind the gallery was to exhibit original, quirky, unrepeatable C20th art and other items.

Stained glass angels Amongst the antique furniture and retro advertising I found a skeletal boxer dog, gas lamps, plastic chillis, a leather chess board, porcelain gravy pots, stuffed animals, driftwood, a cauldron, brass door knobs and brass taps, an antique fire extinguisher, a bear skin, chemist's bottles, bathroom tiles and Queen Alexandra's photograph album. If you're a treasure hunter or simply looking for something a bit different or unusual, check out Posterity's new gallery.

Mr Trigg told me they planned to open up the gallery space to other artists and exhibitions in the New Year.
