"Having only one surface, the inside is indistinguishable from the outside.  Everything inside is also outside and everything outside is also inside, rather like a three-dimensional Möbius Strip.  To ban smoking in the Klein Klub, the Government would have to ban smoking in the entire Universe - and I don’t believe their jurisdiction extends that far", he added wryly.
