As traders complain about the slowness of the works in progress and the one way system that has halted the flow of traffic to the High Street and Homend, town councillors have called a public meeting for Tuesday 22nd January to discuss the possibility of speeding up the works and the unexpected one way system. Other possible areas of discussion could be the role of the media; compensation to businesses for loss of earnings; the poor road signage; the potentially dangerous, repetitive flouting of the new traffic regulations in Ledbury and the uglification of the town.
