New Century Theatre Company presents
The Importance of Being Earnest
- a Trivial Comedy for Serious People!

From the play’s effervescent beginnings to its hilarious denouement, Wilde's comic masterpiece keeps audiences in breathless anticipation. Jack wants to marry Gwendolen. She will only marry Ernest. Algernon wants to marry Cecily. She will only marry Ernest. But who is Ernest - and for that matter, who is the mysterious Bunbury? And what does all this have to do with a Handbag? Join NCTC to find out as they take 6 actors, one classic comedy and pack it all neatly into a suitcase (or two)!

Previous shows in Ledbury include: Blue Remembered Hills - 2010: A thoroughly absorbing performance that made our students laugh out loud then shocked them into silence: Twelfth Night - 2011: A delight! Brilliant!’

Tickets: £9 from Info in Herefordshire (in the Master's House, St. Katherines), or online here.
