The Ledbury and District Society Trust is a civic society and registered charity, which amongst its many achievements since 1973 is responsible for much of the embellishment of Ledbury.

Unlike most civic societies, we own two buildings: the Burgage Hall and Butcher Row House museum, both of which cost a fair amount to maintain.

To complement our drive to more than double our existing membership of some 425 people, so as to support our charitable objectives, we have updated our website, including details of our programme of talks and events for 2010/2011 and to which visitors are welcome. There are many new pictures, including photos from the Millennium 2000 Album. Our Heritage Trail Map, published this year, has proved popular with more than 1000 sales.

Next time you're in Ledbury do get a copy of our free leaflet about the Society and join us in "Looking after Ledbury."
